Your data
Privacy policy
This policy explains what ReformerRoster, published by MLJ, SASU, collects through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do about it. It applies to reformerroster.com and to the contact form published on the home page. Last updated September 4, 2026.
What the contact form collects
The request form on the home page collects exactly these fields: name (your full name), email (your work email), company (your studio name), role (your role at the studio), request (whether you want a demo, early access or a quote), size (how many bookable apparatus you run), message (your description of where the schedule breaks down) and consent (your confirmation that we may reply to you). Two hidden fields, subject and recipient, route the message to our inbox, and a hidden honeypot field named bot-field is used to discard automated spam. We do not ask for client health information, payment card numbers or the personal data of your own clients through this form, and you should not send them to us in the message box.
Why we process it, and on what basis
We use your submission for one purpose: to answer your request about ReformerRoster and, if you ask for one, to arrange and follow up a product walkthrough. Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, our basis is your consent, given by ticking the consent box, together with our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry that you initiated. Under United States state privacy laws, this is a transaction you asked us to complete. We do not use your details for profiling, we do not build an advertising audience from them and we do not enrich them with data bought from a broker.
How long we keep submissions
Form submissions are kept for twenty four months from the date you send them, so that we can trace a conversation you may pick up again later. If you ask us to delete your submission before that, we delete it within thirty days of your request. If you become a customer, your account data is then governed by our customer agreement rather than by this page, and our contractual and accounting records are kept for the period French law requires.
Who processes the data
Submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States, which hosts this site and operates Netlify Forms. A copy of each submission is delivered by email to jimenezjulien42@gmail.com and is read only by Jimenez Julien and, where a technical question requires it, by a member of the ReformerRoster team bound by confidentiality. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it with advertising networks and we do not disclose it to third parties except where the law requires it.
Cookies, analytics and tracking
This website sets no advertising cookies and runs no third party analytics scripts. There is no tracking pixel, no remarketing tag and no cross site identifier on these pages. The only external resource the site loads is the Google Fonts stylesheet used for the Familjen Grotesk and Heebo typefaces, which means your browser contacts Google's font servers and your IP address is visible to them for that request. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and abuse prevention, for a short retention period.
International transfers
MLJ, SASU is established in France and our hosting provider is established in the United States, so personal data submitted through this site is transferred to and stored in the United States. Where the transfer concerns individuals in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, it relies on the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission, supplemented by encryption in transit and at rest.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it. If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah or Virginia, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and the purposes for which we use it, the right to access and delete it, the right to correct inaccurate information, the right to opt out of sale or of targeted advertising (we do neither), and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. California residents may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on their behalf. Colorado, Connecticut and Virginia residents may appeal a decision we make on a request by replying to our response.
GDPR rights
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing and data portability, and the right to withdraw a consent you have given at any time without affecting processing carried out before the withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, which in France is the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertes.
How to exercise your rights
Write to jimenezjulien42@gmail.com with the request and the email address you used on the form. We answer within thirty days and we do not charge for a reasonable request. We may ask a question to confirm that the request comes from you, but we will not ask for a document that is not necessary to establish your identity.
Children's privacy
ReformerRoster is a business tool sold to studio operators. This site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under sixteen years of age. If you believe a child has sent us information through this form, write to us and we will delete it promptly.
Security
Traffic to this site is served over HTTPS. Submissions are encrypted in transit and at rest, access to the inbox is protected by multi factor authentication, and the number of people who can read submissions is deliberately small. No system is perfect, so if we ever become aware of a breach affecting your data we will notify you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
Changes to this policy
If we change how this site handles personal data, we update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes are also mentioned on the home page for at least thirty days. Questions about anything written here can go straight to jimenezjulien42@gmail.com, and our publisher details are on the legal notice.
